Return & Refund Policy

Return Exchange Policy ( 7 – 30 Days)

  • Returns or Refund allows Only for New and unused products with all certificates and Tags.
  • We allow 100% return within 7 days of product delivery.
  • We allow 100% amount adjustments In exchange within 30 days of product delivery. If the new exchanged product is less expensive then 1st one then the rest amount would be transferred to your wallet for future purchases.
  • Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a jeweler other than Shipradiamond.com) will not be accepted under this policy. The product must be the same as shown on the website with all the supporting paperwork. Product will not be accepted under this policy if Tag of "Non Returnable If Torn" is removed.
  • The returns of orders that are paid via digital wallets like online vouchers or gift cards will be eligible for exchange only, refund not applicable.
  • This excludes any product that has been designed through our Customized service, i.e. designed exclusively for our client by Shipradiamond.com through customization, including Customized diamonds studded, specially requested Gold purity, engravings, removal of tag; logo etc. in such cases only lifetime exchange policy or Buy Back policy will be applicable.
  • This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped outside India)

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of maximum 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded. Cancellation of customized Jewellery, gift cards will not be accepted under any circumstances. Incase of EMI order, foreclosure/default customer will be charged 10% of the order value as the transaction fees and the balance amount after deducting the transaction fees would be refunded.
  • Shipradiamond.com may, at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
  • All Refunds shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of previous transaction.
  • The cancellation of orders that are paid via digital wallets like Safegold or online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to Wallet only and can be used for future purchases.
  • In cases of refunds under 30 days return, refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.
  • The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
  • Part payments received against customized Jewellery are not refunded.

Buy Back Policy

  • We offer 100% Invoice Amount in Buy Back policy after 7 years of product purchase date.
  • We offer 85% invoice Amount in Buy Back policy in between 3 to 7 years of product purchase date.
  • We offers 75% invoice Amount in Buy Back policy for upto 3 years of product purchase date.
  • If the product has a less weight than available bill of purchase then we will reduce the amount of reduced gold accordingly.
  • All certificates of diamond and stone should be present at the time of returns.
  • All products should be in fine condition for buy back policy and amount will be calculated according to invoice, the product should not be broken.
  • Shipping charges will be borne by the customer for all Jewellery under this policy.
  • In case the value of the new product is higher than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be paid by the customer. In case the value of the new product is lesser than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be held as credit for future purchases.
  • This feature is not available for International orders (Orders that will be shipped outside India).
  • Policy doesn't cover making charges and taxes.
  • In case of Exchange with a new product on our website after 3 year of purchase date, 100% amount would be adjustable, New product value should be more than the value of exchanged product value.

Resizing and Repairs

  • We offer free (No Labour charges) refinishing for lifetime on your Jewellery. Send your piece to us and we will refinish, buff and polish your Jewellery to a new shine.
  • Minor repairs will be done free of charge when your item arrives for refinishing. If their are major repairs, please contact us before sending your item to us to discuss your options.
  • We will try our best to repair your Jewellery at a nominal cost if your item needs repairing that falls outside of our 30 Days Return Policy. Repairs will be assessed and an estimate will be provided and agreed upon before work begins.
  • We offer Resizing options only for Ring, no other Jewellery is eligible for resizing.
  • If the product is not repairable or you wish to exchange the product with the same size & design then we will charge only 15% amount of new product.
  • We will resize rings free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible (In order to maintain structural integrity, certain rings may not be resizable)
  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer and if it costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made through an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis. Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
  • The shipping charges should be borne by customer.
  • If the product damages at the time of repairing then risk will be liable on customer only.
